The mechanism has an actuator unit that is associated with a rotation shaft (5). An elastic rocking lever (23) integrates a retention element or a stop (31) and an electromagnet (21) for remote actuation of the mechanism with regard to an end of the lever. The rocking lever is optionally deformable with one of a set of distal arms (24). The lever is able to adopt one position, and another position in which the plate allows the rotation shaft and the end of the lever to be attracted and fixed by the electromagnet by inflection of the distal arms.
