CIRCULAR POLARIZING PLATE AND ORGANIC ELECTROLUMINESCENCE PANEL

Provided is a circular polarizing plate which prevents light from passing therethrough to an organic electroluminescence panel and is configured such that warping thereof is suppressed so that unevenness in reflectivity in the plane of the panel can be mitigated. This circular polarizing plate comprises a polarizing element and a phase difference film which adheres directly to the polarizing element. The in-plane phase difference of the phase difference film satisfies the relation Re(450) < Re(550), and the 90° adhesive strength between the polarizing element and the phase difference film is 1.0N/20mm or more. This circular polarizing plate is employed in an organic electroluminescence panel. Re(450) and Re(550) respectively represent an in-plane phase difference measured at 23°C in wavelengths of 450nm and 550nm.
