The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing fermented natural products for improving concentration or growth comprising fermentation step using fusiformis, Rosa multiflora, brown rice, peanuts, pine nuts, Rubus coreanus, black sesame, perilla, black beans, arrow roots, pumpkin, broccoli, paprika, walnuts, pine needles, mulberry leaves, mung beans, balloon flower roots, eucommia bark, Salicornia herbacea, and fast-fermented bean paste; fermented natural products manufactured by the method; and health functional food containing the same fermented natural products as active ingredients. The fermented natural products according to the present invention have effects in improving memory, concentration, and learning ability by activating brain cells and brain functions and in enhancing physical strength and immunity, and promoting growth.
