The present invention provides: a method of nucleic acid analysis which includes a step of analyzing a small amount of a nucleic acid sample, and is capable of obtaining pure products from most of the nucleic acid sample which is not used for the analysis and is not contaminated by fluorescent materials; and a microchip for nucleic acid analysis capable of performing said method. The method of nucleic acid analysis can successively analyze more than two different kinds of nucleic acid samples by successively injecting the nucleic acid samples.
