The domestic appliance comprises a drying unit, which carries out drying with the assistance of a heat pump arrangement, which comprises a rotary compressor, particularly a rolling piston compressor (13), which is embedded in the heat pump arrangement by lines (14,15) for transporting the medium refrigerant. The lines are made of corrugated tubes (16,17) inserted in sections, which are integrated in the line system in a resonance-resistant manner against the torsional vibrations generated by the compressor.
