The method involves simultaneously introducing two products into a cup (2). Two colors are viewed as a filling pattern in a transparent cup wall (9). First partial filling amount (3) of first product is partially attached at the cup wall. Second partial filling amount (4) of second product is partially adhered at cup wall to execute linear relative movement between a metering unit (1) and the cup. The partial filling amounts with predetermined contour exhibiting different colors are viewed at the cup wall. An independent claim is included for the metering unit for filling of cups.
