<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To derive a high water prediction for an object position of prediction in case of access of a depression with satisfactory precision in a short time which cannot be attained by a high water prediction calculation by computer. <P>SOLUTION: Data measured by a depression condition measuring device 10 and a tide level observation device 12 are inputted to a processor 16. The processor 16 performs the high water prediction for the object position of prediction corresponding to a depression condition by a high water prediction database of a high water prediction database storage part 18 based on the depression condition data. The processor 16 can correct the depression condition by the high water prediction database of the storage part 18 or based on predicted astronomical tide by use of an observation value of high water in a predetermined observation position. The processor 16 determines, based on the high water prediction result, the necessity of information transmission of alarm or the like or operation of disaster preventive facilities according to the high water prediction result by a determination table storage part 20, instructs an information transmitting part 22 to instruct necessary information, and also instructs a facility/equipment operation part 24 to operate necessary facility/equipment 26. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
