<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible expansion joint having superior expansiveness and eccentric characteristic while making use of a characteristic of a bellows-shaped metal pipe such as excellent heat resistance, having enough external pressure durability to withstand burying soil pressure and enough internal pressure durability for letting fluid pass through in high pressure even in the case where it is being used buried underground. <P>SOLUTION: The flexible pipe joint and the expansion joint using a bellows-shaped metal pipe that absorbs movement and vibration of piping is characterized in being equipped with a rubber layer covering the outer circumference of the bellows-shaped metal pipe, a coil-shaped (spiral) reinforcing wire closely adhered to a rubber material constructing the rubber layer arranged on the inside of the rubber layer or on its outer circumference.
