METHOD OF FABRICATING SHEET FOR CARTILAGE TISSUE REGENERATION
摘要

It is intended to produce a method of fabricating a sheet for cartilage tissue regeneration by which cartilage cells can be redifferentiated or stem cells capable of differentiating into cartilage cells can be differentiated without resorting to application of pressure as in the conventional pressure culture and cells can be efficiently accumulated on a support in the case of fabricating a sheet for cartilage tissue regeneration with the use of a sheet made of a porous material comprising a bioabsorbable synthetic polymer such as polylactic acid, polyglycolic acid or a lactic acid/glycolic acid copolymer having been employed hitherto. A sheet made of a porous material comprising a bioabsorbable synthetic polymer is inoculated with cartilage cells or stem cells capable of differentiating into cartilage cells. After the inoculation, the porous material is put into a liquid culture medium and an acceleration of 100 to 1000 G is loaded thereon for a definite time. Next, the cells are cultured without loading any acceleration on the porous material to give a sheet for cartilage tissue regeneration.
