FIELD: methods and equipment for washing silicon powder off fluoride salts of alkaline metals. ^ SUBSTANCE: ground crystallized mixture of silicon and fluoride salts of alkaline metals is dissolved in anhydrous liquid hydrogen fluoride in dissolving apparatus at simultaneous stirring and suspension thus obtained is separated in centrifuge, thus separating solid silicon powder. Dissolving and subsequent separation are carried out in at least two stages moving the dissolving apparatus towards solid phase being dissolved which contains silicon powder. Anhydrous hydrogen fluoride distilled from fluoride salts by thermal method is used repeatedly. ^ EFFECT: improved quality of washing silicon powder from fluoride salts; complete regeneration of fluoride salts and solvent for reuse. ^ 13 cl, 1 dwg
