<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technical improvement suitably materializing continuous delivery of fluid and simplifying layout of fluid piping. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid pump 10 is provided with: cylinder cases 11, 12; a rod cover 13 dividing inside spaces of the cylinder cases 11, 12 into two in axial directions; and a piston member PT including a rod 15 and two pistons 31, 41 mounted on both end parts thereof. Two liquid pump chambers 51, 52 are divided into a cylinder cover 13 and the pistons 31, 41 in the cylinder, air pressure chambers 55, 56 are included in opposite sides of pump chambers 51, 52 with putting the pistons 31, 41 therebetween, and two liquid passages 16, 17 communicating with the two pump chambers 51, 52 are included. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
