<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which can propose a more accurate and effective exercise plan to achieve an improvement target. <P>SOLUTION: An exercise plan proposal apparatus supports improvement of values of biological information by exercise, concerning the biological information concerned in health of a living body, and is provided with an exercise plan generation means which calculates the exercise strength and exercise time necessary to achieve an improvement target based on the set exercise operation period and the improvement target of the biological information, and an exercise plan output means which presents to a user the calculated exercise strength and exercise time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
