<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage with one kind of housing regardless of thickness of a circuit board. <P>SOLUTION: A harness side housing 50 is divided into front and rear subhousings 51A, 51B respectively housing contact members 60 so as to contact a conductive passage of the circuit board 10, and both subhousings 51A, 51B are integrally assembled movably in a direction of changing spacing between opposing low level faces 52. In the case the thickness of the counterpart circuit board 10 is changed, both subhousings 51A, 51B are mounted so as to pinch the end edge of the circuit board from both front and rear sides while opening and closing. In mounting two kinds of the circuit boards 10 of different thicknesses, one kind of housing 50 is capable of coping. Since both subhousings 51A, 51B change their spacing while keeping the horizontal posture, even if moved, a direction in which the contact member 60 is pushed to the conductive passage of the counterpart is constant, and a stable electric connection state can be obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
