发明名称 FORCIBLE COOLED ROTARY ELECTRIC MACHINE
摘要 A forced cooling type rotary electric machine is provided to uniformize temperature distribution of an axial direction of a stator core by using a wedge with a ventilation groove and another wedge without the ventilation groove. In a forced cooling type rotary electric machine(1), a rotor(3) is formed on a rotation axis(2). A stator is installed on an outer circumference of the rotor with a gap(G). The stator has a stator core(8) formed by stacking silicon steel plates along a length of the rotation axis, stator windings(10) assembled in winding grooves formed on the stator core, and wedges inserted into openings of the winding grooves to fix the stator windings to the winding grooves. The stator core has a plurality of air ducts(13) in a stacking direction of the silicon steel plates to circulate cooling gas forcedly. Passage resistance controlling units are installed in the air ducts to face the rotor and uniformize passage resistance of passages of the cooling gas passing through the air ducts.
