The present invention relates to a chair for correcting the posture of a user and keeping a user's spine healthy using a protrusion on a backrest for supporting a thoracic vertebrae; a chest fixing belt for fixing the chest of a user to the backrest; and an abdominal region fixing belt for fixing the abdominal region of a user to the backrest. The backrest according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a thoracic vertebrae supporting protrusion; the chest fixing belt; a first hook connected to the chest fixing belt; the joint of the first hook; the abdominal region fixing belt; a second hook connected to the abdominal region fixing belt; and the joint of the second hook. |
