The present invention relates to a hybrid wireless monitoring camera system with an uninterruptible power supply using photovoltaic energy capable of real time monitoring in the outside using a wireless communication technology and reducing operating costs not only with wired power by generating power by itself, and includes: a monitoring camera installed in a region in which a wildfire is predicted; a plurality of sensor units installed around the monitoring camera at uniform intervals for detecting a wildfire; a photovoltaic power generation unit generating electricity by receiving sunlight to supply power to the monitoring camera; a PCS unit for converting the electrical energy generated in the photovoltaic power generation unit into AC; a hybrid power supply unit for selectively supplying commercial power supplied from the outside of the monitoring camera or the converted power; a communication unit for receiving wildfire data from the sensor unit and transmitting the received data to an external server through a remote wireless communication technique; a server for receiving the wildfire data from the communication unit, generating wildfire propagation prediction data based on the geographical information and weather information and transmitting the data to a manager; and a battery for receiving the commercial power and power converted from the PCS unit to be charged.
