The purpose of the present invention provides a wheelchair capable of adjusting the height of a back thereof and of conveniently running inside a vehicle which has the efficient adjustability of height, provides an improved cushioning back thereof for a long ride, and easily opens and closes the back thereof. The wheelchair capable of adjusting the height of a back thereof and of conveniently running inside a vehicle enables users to adjust the heights of the seats thereof depending on their different heights for minimizing the inconvenience which is caused by the height differences of the users from those of ordinary people, to move easily to positions such as a bed or a chair, and to travel while seating on the wheel chair and feeling the comfortable cushion after freely opening and closing the back and adjusting the height when the users get on; and improves the usability with height adjustability and the movability in a vehicle which is more excellent than the functions of an existing wheel chair. |
