The present invention relates to a movable device for placing concrete and a method for placing concrete by using the same. The present invention provides the movable device for placing concrete including a concrete storage unit in which the concrete is stored; a discharge unit which the concrete stored in the concrete storage unit is discharged from; a cover for covering the placed concrete; and a cover storage unit in which the cover is stored. When the concrete is placed, the concrete is slopingly placed while the cover is covered on the placed concrete. According to the present invention, the fluidic concrete can be slopingly placed in a part where a grade exists at the desired thickness.
