The present invention relates to a vaccine adjuvant containing glycoglycerolipids. More particularly, the present invention relates to a vaccine adjuvant containing glycoglycerolipids for efficacy improvement when vaccine is injected to fish by using efficacy of glycoglycerolipids having emulsifiability with vaccine used in fish including flatfish, which is high-density farmed fish species. In order to achieve the above purpose, the vaccine adjuvant according to the present invention is characterized by including a glycoglycerolipid-based compound. The glycoglycerolipid-based compound is isolated from an extract of Streptomyces coelescens PK206-15 in Marine Actinomycetes. The glycoglycerolipid-based compound is Gal-GL1 (1) or Gal-GL2 (2). |
