The present invention relates to a linear heating method for an exterior curved member of a ship curved outer panel, comprising: (a) a primary exterior curved member development step for primarily developing an exterior curved member which is a processing member for linear heating; (b) a secondary exterior curved member development step for secondary developing based on a state that a molding contraction difference is added to a smaller one by comparing a cutting part with a mold line, after the primary exterior curved member development step; and (c) a press molding step for press-molding the exterior curved member. According to the present invention, the linear heating method for an exterior curved member of a ship curved outer panel is provided to improve the extent of a molding, to improve assembly productivity, to reduce a wide gap in an assembling area, to minimize after-sales services, and to increase the rotation rate of a surface plate of the assembling area.
