<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction-heating coil provided with a construction which can catch electric current-conducting state in the induction-heating coil, and to provide an induction-heating hardening method using this coil. <P>SOLUTION: The hardening apparatus 1 is constituted by connecting the plurality of heating units 3 with a high frequency electric source 2. The heating unit 3 is provided with a current transformer 11, and in this secondary side, the induction-heating coil 10 is connected through the secondary side electrical system 33. The induction-heating coil 10 is provided with a heating treatment part 31 by heating a treatment-objective material and a conducting part 32. A core part 35 is connected with the conducting part 32 and has the construction, with which the induction current flowing in the coil 38 for detecting the electric current, attached to this core part can be detected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
