An X-ray image device according to one embodiment of the present invention is capable of reducing the diagnosis time by displaying a bone image or a soft tissue image for only the region selected by a user. An X-ray image system according to one embodiment of the present invention is capable of reducing a burden of a center image management system for the server capacity while reducing the diagnosis time by transmitting a first energy X-ray image and a second energy X-ray image to the center image management system and receiving in a user control device an X-ray image from the center image management system to display the bone image or the soft tissue image for only the region selected by the user. The X-ray image device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises an X-ray generator which generates the X-ray rradiated to an object; an X-ray detector which detects the X-ray which penetrates the object irradiated in the X-ray generator; and a host device which generates and displays a plurality of X-ray images from the detected X-ray and displays an image including either or both the bone image information or/and the soft tissue image information corresponding to the region selected by the user in the displayed X-ray image.
