<p>The invention relates to an additive for recovery of asphaltum mixtures and to a process for obtaining the same. According to the invention, the additive consists of a. solvents: C12...C18 naphthenic and/or semi-paraffinous distillate of petroleum, esters of the fatty acids with lower C1...C3 aliphatic alcohols and/or C9...C16 aliphatic or naphthenic alcohols or a mixture thereof which ensure the homogenization of the binder contained in the recovered asphaltum with the fresh one, b. bitumen components: C20...C50 semi-paraffinous and/or naphthenic aromatic mineral oil, resins or resin precursors such as resin acids from the tall oil, unsaturated fatty acids or acid dimers thereof to correct the recovered bituminous binder composition, c. bitumen modifiers: polymers and/or copolymers such as SBS, ethyl acrylate/butyl acrylate type copolymers and/or thiocols, which improve the elasticity, plasticity and tightness characteristics of the recovered binder and d. adhesiveness promoters: condensation products of fatty or naphthenic acids with aliphatic polyamines and/or aliphatic hydroxypolyamines, at the following mass ratios of the components: solvent/medium and heavy aromatic mineral oil/medium and heavy semi-paraffinous and/or naphthenic mineral oil/resin acids, unsaturated fatty acids and/or acid dimers/bitumen modifier/ adhesiveness promoter: 1...40/0.5...15/0.5...15/0.1...10/0.1...7/0.1...4. The process claimed by the invention consists in mechanically mixing, i.e. initially homogenizing the solvents mixture, bitumen components and adhesiveness promoters, followed by dosing and solubilizing the bitumen modifiers by mechanical mixing, at temperatures in the range of 20...200°C, for 0.3...20h.</p> |
