FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to medicine and concerns methods and compositions for gastroenteric upset therapy. Substance of the invention involves purified polypeptide of 14 amino acids for gastroenteric upset and condition therapy (including, e.g. gastroenteric motor disturbance, functional gastroenteric disease, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, inflammatory bowel disease.
