摘要 An organic electroluminescent display device is provided to improve reliability and stability of a device and to extend lifetime of a device by improving a charge transfer balance by a buffer layer between a hole injection layer and a hole transfer layer. A first electrode(205) and a second electrode(245) are formed on a substrate(200). An organic layer is formed between the first electrode and the second electrode by a vacuum deposition. The organic layer includes a hole injection layer(215), a buffer layer(220), a hole transfer layer(225), a light emitting layer(230), an electron transfer layer(235), and an electron injection layer(240). The electron injection layer buffers speed of an electron generated from the second electrode, and supplies the buffered electron to the electron transfer layer. An electron and a hole supplied from the electron transfer layer and the hole transfer layer are bumped in the light emitting layer. The light emitting layer generates a visible light, and is divided into a red light emitting layer, a green light emitting layer, and a blue light emitting layer. The buffer layer is formed between the hole injection layer and the hole transfer layer. The buffer layer traps a hole supplied from the first electrode.
