A touch panel manufacturing method comprises steps of: forming a plurality of first axial electrostatic electrodes and a plurality of second axial electrostatic electrodes intersecting the first axial electrostatic electrodes with metal layers wherein the first axial electrostatic electrodes are electrically connected thereto and the second axial electrostatic electrodes are equidistantly spaced apart from one another; forming a photosensitive material at a connection region of each of the second axial electrostatic electrodes installed at one side of an upper surface of each of the second axial electrostatic electrodes and forming an insulation layer on a front surface of the touch panel for jumping spaces among the second axial electrostatic electrodes and electrically connecting the second axial electrostatic electrodes thereto; eliminating the connection region, where the photosensitive material is formed, from the insulation layer by using a peeling process; and forming a conductive material layer on a front surface of the touch panel, forming the conductive material layer longitudinally among the connection region of each of the second axial electrostatic electrode, and performing a pattern process where the conductive material layer except the part for electrically connecting the second axial electrostatic electrodes thereto is eliminated.
