<p>An intaglio press based on a color management operation system. The intaglio press comprises an automatic ink feeding device, a scraper height adjusting mechanism, a scraper angle adjusting mechanism, a scraper longitudinal-position adjusting mechanism, and an electrical control system composed of a PLC system, a human-computer interface and a data server. An ink viscosity controller (14) and an ink temperature controller (11) are mounted on the automatic ink feeding device. The scraper height adjusting mechanism is achieved by a pinion and rack mechanism, the angle of the scraper is adjusted by a worm and gear mechanism, and the longitudinal position of a scraper is adjusted by a screw rod mechanism. By using this intaglio press, the labor strength of printing operators is lowered, the waste of ink and printing stock caused in an initial printing adjusting procedure is reduced, the printing cost is reduced, the speed and registering accuracy of the whole press are increased, and the yield is high.</p> |
