The box for storage holders for toothpicks comprises a cavity, a wall or a casing of the box comprising the end parts and a middle part located between them. The cavity is made in the form of at least two embedded cavities which are separated from each other by parts of the wall or casing and placed opposite each other. One embedded cavity is placed at one end part and the other - on the other end part. The lid is formed by the middle part and is placed with the ability of placement over the embedded cavities and also between them. The end part with the embedded cavity and the lid is mounted with the ability to rotate relative to the other end part. The end parts are mounted with the ability to rotate relative to the lid.
