摘要 The present invention relates to a method for installing a pump seat and a pump guide which support a tank pump in a liquefied gas carrier. In particular, the purpose of the present invention is to facilitate the arrangement of both a pump seat installed on the upper part of a tank and a pump guide installed on the bottom of the tank, and to prevent deformation during welding of the pump seat. To achieve the purpose above, a method for installing supporting members for a tank pump prepared by the present invention comprises the following steps of: seating a pump seat on the upper part of one tank block selected among tank blocks for manufacturing a tank in a liquefied gas carrier and positioning a pump guide to correspond to the pump seat on the inner bottom of the tank block; positioning a laser pointer on the pump seat, rotating the laser pointer, and indicating laser points on the inner bottom of the tank block; re-adjusting the position of the pump seat and the pump guide in order to agree the center of the pump guide with the center of the indicated laser points; welding and fixating the pump seat to the tank block and welding and fixating the pump guide on the inner bottom of the tank block when the center of the pump guide and the center of the indicated laser points are agreed; manufacturing a tank by welding the tank block where the pump seat and the pump guide are welded and fixated with remaining tank blocks; and mounting the manufactured tank on a liquefied gas carrier.
