<p>The purpose of the present invention is to provide a polarizing plate protective film with high fracture-point stress and flexing strength and a polarizing plate that is equipped with such a polarizing plate protective film and that has high reworkability. This polarizing plate protective film comprises at least a resin (A) and a resin (B) with differing solubilities in organic solvents and has a film thickness of 15-100 µm, and is characterized in that, in evaluation tests of the solubility of a prescribed quantity of resin in a prescribed quantity of solvent at a prescribed temperature, when dissolution is carried out under certain conditions using at least the minimum quantity of a solvent (a), that is a good solvent of the resin (A) but a poor solvent of the resin (B), required for completely dissolving the resin (A) alone, an undissolved portion remains, and the mass of the resin (A) in the undissolved matter is at least 10% by weight relative to the resin (A) contained in the polarizing plate protective film before dissolution.</p> |
