A method, device, and system for querying registration information of a terminal. The method comprises: downloading a call detail record file of registration information of a terminal saved by a server by every first time interval; decrypting the call detail record file to obtain the registration information of the terminal; storing the registration information in a database; and receiving a query instruction, and querying registration information corresponding to a terminal in the database according to the serial number or MDN of the terminal. When needing to acquire registration information of a terminal, a user can query the registration information corresponding to the terminal in the database according to the serial number or MDN of a terminal, and can query the registration information of the terminal in the database in real time. |
