The present invention relates to a laminating apparatus to pressurize subject-laminating materials comprising: a first rolling member associated with an axis; a second rolling member located outside the first rolling member and absorbing external shocks; a roller including a third rolling member located outside the second rolling member and having larger stiffness than the second rolling member; a pressure device connected to the roller and pressurizing the roller for the roller to press the subject-laminating materials; and a pressure controller connected to the pressure device and fcontrolling the pressure of the pressure device.
