摘要 <p>The present invention proposes a production simulator for a semiconductor process for quickly predicting a due date required for semiconductor product manufacture by modeling each unit equipment and reflecting a policy for process application in the modeled equipment, and for determining the time, productivity, and operational rate of the equipment used for the process. For this purpose, the present invention includes a discrete event modeling module for performing discrete modeling according to the events for each of equipment and each process based on the time required for processing the equipment with respect to a process required for semiconductor product manufacture and each of the equipment applied to the process; and a simulator which determines the optimum arrangement for minimizing the time required for semiconductor product manufacture with reference to an arranged table of defining the available relation of equipment to each process, arranges each of the equipment according to the optimum arrangement, and determines a production quantity available and time thereof through the arranged equipment.
