Provided is a damping valve tester for a shock absorber of an airplane, which comprises a damping valve composed of a damping valve body where an orifice hole is formed, multiple actuating pins which are installed on the top of the damping valve body, a movable crash slider which is installed to be in contact with the bottom of the actuating pins, and a crash spring which is installed between the crash slider and the damping valve body in order to support the crash slider; a lower fixture composed of a flange unit which is seated on the top of the damping valve body, and an inserting unit which is inserted inside the damping valve body in order to form a female pattern unit at a fixed depth on the top; and an upper fixture composed of multiple extending pins which can be in contact with the actuating pins on the bottom, and a guide bar which is inserted into the female pattern unit of the lower fixture to be able to slide. When inserting the guide bar of the upper fixture into the female pattern of the lower fixture inserted into the damping valve body, the extending pin can be set to a correct position corresponding to the actuating pin, thereby making the assembly easy. By firmly supporting the upper fixture inside the lower fixture, the actuating load of the crash spring can be reliably measured. |
