Single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) of myocardium with introduction of radiopharmaceutical is preliminarily performed to patient at rest state with further introduction of 1% ATP solution at rate 0.10-0.20 mg/kg for 1-5 minutes. SPECT of myocardium is repeated, and conclusion about presence of myocardium ischemia is made after comparison of its myocardium perfusion parameters with parameters, measured in rest state.
