In order to reduce the cost of the heliostats which are used, in solar concentration devices, the present invention describes a heliostat with two mirrors (1A, 1B) arranged at the end of a main rotation shaft (6) which is orientated north/south and parallel to the Earth's axis of rotation. This heliostat reflects solar radiation toward two concentrators which may be Fresnel lenses (11A) or fixed mirrors (11B). A plurality of heliostats according to this invention can then be rotated simultaneously using a simplified mechanical mechanism and a sun-tracking method using a two-way optical sensor (23) and control logic that requires no computation and no memory storage of the positions of the sun. |
