PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for finding SSR of four to six bases from a base sequence encoded on whole genomes including the organelles of Hypsizygus marmoreus and identifying the variety of Hypsizygus marmoreus quickly with high accuracy using the SSR as markers.SOLUTION: SSR markers are amplified by PCR for whole genomes of Hypsizygus marmoreus to be inspected, using a plurality of primer sets that can amplify the SSR markers of four to six bases out of a base sequence encoded on whole genomes including the organelles of Hypsizygus marmoreus, and polymorphisms between varieties are compared to identify the variety of Hypsizygus marmoreus. |
