摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which safely discharges an electrical current from a power storage device when a failure occurs.SOLUTION: A power storage device 100 includes: a case 4; a positive electrode terminal 30; a negative electrode terminal 10; a first electrode connected with the positive electrode terminal 30; a second electrode having the opposite polarity of the first electrode and connected with the negative electrode terminal 10; and a current interruption device 50. The current interruption device 50 switches the conduction of the positive electrode terminal 30 and the first electrode from the conduction state to the non-conduction state. The current interruption device 50 includes: a first conductive member connected with the positive electrode terminal 30; a second conductive member connected with the second electrode; and a movable plate connected with the first electrode. The movable plate electrically connects with the second conductive member when an internal pressure of the case 4 exceeds a predetermined value. In the power storage device 100, a resistor 25 is disposed on a current path between the first electrode and the second electrode, which is formed when the movable plate and the second conductive member are electrically connected.
