PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust a projector so that even when a grating in a rectangular shape is used, a three-dimensional shape can be accurately measured.SOLUTION: A grating in a rectangular shape is projected on an object to be measured from a projector, and the projected grating is photographed to find a three-dimensional shape of the object to be measured. For adjusting the projector, the grating is projected on a reference surface whose position is already known, the position of the reference surface is found, and a projection image put in focus such that an error of the position is minimum is converted into a frequency spectrum, which is stored as a reference spectrum. The grating is set on the projector to be adjusted, the grating is projected on the reference surface whose position is already known and photographed, and a frequency spectrum of the photographed image is found to find the sum of errors by frequencies from the reference spectrum. The focus of the projector to be adjusted is adjusted so that the sum of errors becomes minimum. |
