PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform application of medical expense deduction to be applied in a single household unit as high medical expenses and final income tax return.SOLUTION: A personal medical information management server 1 manages receipt information of a user acquired from an insurer server 2, and medical related cost information related to medical care of a user for each user in association with each other for every user; adds up the medical related cost information of the users grouped according to the types of application at a periodic or designated timing, and transmits information on necessity of application to a personal terminal 5; and transmits application information to the insurer server 2 or a revenue office server 4 on the basis of a request from the personal terminal 5.
