PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the electricity price as low as possible when charging an electric vehicle in the parking area or a charging space of collective housing, while dealing with urgent charging demand of a user flexibly.SOLUTION: The charging system of an electric vehicle includes a plurality of chargers 303 for charging an electric vehicle with electric power of a commercial AC power supply, database means (207) for storing information about a charging service of an electric vehicle being provided to a user by using the charger 303, and a control unit 200 for specifying a user provided with the charging service of an electric vehicle by using the database means, and controlling the charging service of an electric vehicle being provided to the user. When providing the charging service by using the charger 303, the control unit 200 charges the electric vehicle in a first charging mode for charging the electric vehicle in a standard time zone corresponding to a specific time zone of one day, or in a second charging mode for charging the electric vehicle in a time zone other than the standard time zone depending on the specific operation of the user. |
