PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent two-dimensional communication sheet allowing high-speed mass information communication simply in a method allowing a large area.SOLUTION: A transparent two-dimensional communication sheet 100 comprises a first transparent conductive layer 102, and a transparent dielectric layer 103. The first transparent conductive layer 102 has a conductive network structure, and the transparent dielectric layer 103 comprises a transparent inorganic oxide such as glass. The visible light transmittance of the two layers of the transparent dielectric layer 103 and the first transparent conductive layer 102 formed on the surface of the transparent dielectric layer 103 as a whole is 40% or more. |
