PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of efficiently manufacturing a heat insulating panel improved in heat insulating performance.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a heat insulating panel 1, includes an injection step for injecting a foaming material 20 to be a heat insulating material 21, into a frame material 11 formed of a metal material having a surface part 12 and both side surface parts 13,13 so as to open on one side in panel thickness direction, a sticking step for sticking a back surface material 23 to the back surface side of the frame material, and a cutting step in which, after the injected foaming material foams to be cured, both side surface parts of the frame material are cut in panel thickness direction. |
