The present invention relates to a hot water circulating meat roaster which allows users to reduce wasted heat source and reuse the hot water warmed up by the heat source and which improves the convenience of use. The hot water circulating meat roaster according to the embodiment of the present invention comprises: a meat roasting part comprising a body having a stove wherein the heat source is accommodated and a table installed on the top of the body; a grill rack, which the surface is coated, which is arranged in the center of the table to be detachable; a seat board wherein a circulation pipe in which hot water circulates is installed along the longitudinal direction and a cover is mounted on the top, which is installed along the circumference of the meat roasting part; and a water circulating part wherein water is circulated by being connected to the meat roasting part, the grill rack, and the seat board.
