PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent toner leakage from being generated by toner accumulated on a sheet member, in a cleaning device including the sheet member brought into contact with the upper part of an image carrier and preventing toner leakage, an image carrier unit including the cleaning device and an image formation device.SOLUTION: An abrasive roller 353 is rotatably brought into contact with the upper part of a rotation surface 31B of a photoreceptor drum 31. A toner seal 360 is arranged on a rotational direction upstream side of the photoreceptor drum 31. A second conveyance screw 361 is arranged on the upper part of the toner seal 360. The second conveyance screw 361 conveys toner accumulated on the upper part of the toner seal 360 in an axis direction of the photoreceptor drum 31. Toner scattered from the abrasive roller 353 is prevented from being excessively accumulated on the toner seal 360.
