The present invention discloses a system and a method for workflow modeling and simulation. The workflow modeling and simulation system is composed of a workflow managing unit which requesting modeling for the edited or written workflow by the user, a workflow model generating unit which generates simulation capable models by using the system entity structure that analyzes the structure of the system entity of the workflow according to the request from the workflow managing unit, and a workflow model simulation unit which simulates the simulated model generated by the workflow model generating unit.
