PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device that can perform operation of closing a land lock provided on an embankment even in the case of shortages of manpower, external power, or countermeasure time in disaster situations.SOLUTION: A land lock 1 is incorporated into a river embankment or a coastal tide embankment, and is installed not to disturb traffic when water level of a river or the sea is normal. In order to enable the land lock to be closed without depending on human power or electric power, the land lock 1 comprises a conduit 5 connected to a river or the sea for guiding the water, and a buoyancy body 3 connected to the conduit and vertically moving with a change in water level of a river or the sea. |
