PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking position verification method of a vehicle capable of readily finding a vehicle, which is parked in a wide parking lot, at night or in a dark underground parking lot.SOLUTION: After an occupant parks a vehicle 50 in an underground parking lot and finishes his/her errands, when the occupant returns to the underground parking lot, if the occupant depresses a button of a remote controller 11, a light projection lamp is lit and a pattern 28a is projected onto the ceiling of the underground parking lot or an upper part of a wall. Accordingly, the occupant easily knows a parking position. Irradiated light of a light projection lamp unit 10 is projected to upward the vehicle 50 so that a person or vehicle existent around the parked vehicle 50 may not be illuminated by the light projection lamp unit 10. Therefore, the irradiated light of the light projection lamp unit 10 or sounds will not annoy the surroundings of the parked vehicle. Since the light projection lamp unit 10 is disposed in a vehicle, the light projection lamp unit 10 can be prevented from malfunctioning because of adhesion of rainwater, mud, or dust to the light projection lamp unit 10, and can be prevented from being thieved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
