PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condominium general meeting support system that ensures the transparency in tallies to guarantee the fairness of general meetings, and performs rapid processing to improve the convenience.SOLUTION: A condominium general meeting support system comprises a general meeting manager terminal 3, member terminals 4, and a general meeting support server 2. The general meeting support server 2 comprises: owner management means 13 that stores and manages identification information on condominium section owners and voting number information in association with one another; a general meeting database 10 that stores information on general meetings; attendance ballot preparation means 15 that prepares section owner-specific attendance forms which include the information on the section owners managed by the owner management means for each general meeting and are delivered to the section owners; response reception means 16 that records responses with respect to each section owner by associating response information including the identification information on the section owners with the owner management means; and tally means 18 that counts the number of votes on the basis of the responses from the owners and the voting number information. |
