Provided are an electronic device comprising a transparent and flexible mica substrate and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, an organic or an inorganic layer is deposited on the mica substrate, and a high thermal process is conducted for the mica substrate so that the electronic device can be manufactured. According to the present invention, transparency and conductivity of the mica substrate may be enhanced.
